JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-02-2018 This matter was passed over yesterday. Today, even on second call, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No.11 of 2017 registered under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code Learned counsel representing the B.S.F.C. and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State are present. They submit that this petitioner had indulged in forging the documents and by misappropriation they have defalcated huge quantity of rice by carrying the said rice from go-down.

Considering the facts and circumstances as stated above by learned counsel representing the B.S.F.C. and learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2725 of 2018 (3) dt.13-02-2018 Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
