Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Dumra Police Station Case No. 204 of 2018, subject to the condition that the
