Considering the nature of relief prayed for in the present writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner-Krishna Ballabh Welfare Society to approach the respondent-authorities, for redressal of its aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted. The writ petition stands disposed off.
