The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 379, 307, 427, 354(a), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of one case and allegation against him is of causing injury to the informant's nephew on his thigh. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that there is a direct allegation of firing against the petitioner causing injury on the thigh of the informant's nephew, the Court is not inclined to grant
