The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.2146-C of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. By order dated 12.04.2022, the petitioner was directed to pay maintenance of Rs.7,000/- per month to the opposite party no.2 during the pendency of the mediation proceeding. Learned counsel for O.P. No.2 submits that the order dated 12.04.2022 is not being complied with.

In view of the fact that the order dated 12.04.2022 is not being complied with, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
