This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arises out of Phulwari P.S. Case No. 968 of 2021, vide Special Case No. 160/2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354 (b)/354 (d) and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 8/12 of the POCSO Act. The petitioner is a teacher and he has physically and sexually abused a minor girl and started blackmailing the family. After the girl went to coaching for Patna, he has sent threatening messages to all the family members. In these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
