The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 49 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. No injury is found in the alleged occurrence.
