The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 143 of 2016 registered under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 472/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that before his transfer from Puran Panchayat he had handed over all the papers including the merit list of the year 2008 to the then Panchayat Secretary, Madan Prasad, vide letter no. 1533 dated 15.09.2012, which is evident from Annexure-2. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
