Mr.Sri Uma Shankar Prasad Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-06-2023 Heard the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently argued that there is no material against the petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion and he wants this Court to examine the entire materials available on record for his discharge. This Court is not inclined to consider the submission of Mr. Baleshwar Kamat, learned counsel for the petitioner, as strong suspicion has been found against the petitioner which is sufficient for framing of charge.

Accordingly, the present application is dismissed in view of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of State of Bihar Vs. Ramesh Singh (1977) SCC (4) 39. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
