The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 30.06.2013, as contained in memo No. 2661 dated 03.07.2013 (annexure-4) by which Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad terminated the services of the petitioner on the ground of unauthorized absence from duty. The petitioner also prayed for quashing the order 15.10.2013 (annexure-6) by which the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Magadh Range, Gaya dismissed the appeal of the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that memorial of petitioner (annexure-7) is still pending before the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna.
Patna High Court CWJC No.4311 of 2014 (4) dt.24-07-2017 2/2 It appears that statutory memorial of the petitioner (annexure-7) has not yet been disposed of by the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna.
Considering the facts aforesaid, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna (respondent No.2) to dispose of the memorial of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
The petitioner, after disposal of memorial, may again file writ petition before this court.
