This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 25.02.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11125 of 2019, whereby the petitioner prayer for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected and he was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order and seek regular bail.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, while praying for extension of time to surrender, submits that the petitioner could not surrender before the learned Court below within the stipulated time granted by this Court as he works as labourer in Punjab and Haryana for his livlihood and the said order could not be communicated to him in time. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24807 of 2019(2) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 the parties, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below by order dated 25.02.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11125 of 2019, is hereby extended by three weeks from today.

This application is allowed with the modification as above.
