The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hathidah P.S. Case No.103 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on 14.12.2015 at about 04.30 P.M., the informant was grazing goat in the filed. At that time, this petitioner and the wife of Dina Paswan started to abuse to the informant and pushed her on the ground, as a result of which the blouse of the informant was torn. When Goli Kumar, the son of the informant, rushed to save the informant, this petitioner gave iron rod at the head of Goli Kumar causing blood oozing injury.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44466 of 2016 (2) dt.25-10-2016 2/2 that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and wife of Dina Paswan to abuse and assault to the informant with specific allegation against the petitioner of giving iron rod blow at the head of Goli Kumar, the son of the informant, but the injury, as found on the person of Goli Kumar, is simple in nature.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Dipak Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Barh, Patna, in connection with Hathidah P.S. Case No.103 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
