The petitioner prays for compassionate appointment with the Bank which relief is being objected to by Mr. Ishwari Singh appearing for the Bank on grounds that a writ against the Cooperative Bank which is a cooperative society, is not maintainable in view of the law laid down by this Court in the Special Bench decision reported in 2014 (1) PLJR 695.
