The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the Arms Act.

Allegation is that accused Indal Yadav caused injury to Manish Yadav, as a result of which Manish Yadav died subsequently.

Submission is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated due to land dispute.
