Mr. SRI ASHOK KUMAR SINGH 1 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Koilwar P.S. Case No. 204 of 2017 for the offences registered under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Allegation is that in the house of petitioner 114 bags of rice were unloaded and were being transferred to other bags. During the course of raid one person namely Pawan Yadav was arrested and he disclosed the name of petitioner. All the bags were seized .

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is innocent and save and except disclosure of his name by one co-accused nothing incriminating material is available against him. One co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. no. 5226 of 2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of
