The present application has been preferred: for issuance of appropriate writ / direction/order to the respondents for direction to the respondents for enquiry in the matter of creation of illegal Jamabandi in the name of Respondent no.8 relating to the land property of the petitioner bearing Khata No. 235, Khesra No. 449, Area 1/2 Decimal, Mauza Bhiswa, Anchal Parihar, District Sitamarhi by the Circle Office and further
Patna High Court CWJC No.7104 of 2026(2) dt.22-06-2026 2/2 direction for cancellation of the said illegal Jamabandi with immediate effect.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondent no. 4, the Additional Collector, Sitamarhi for the redressal of the grievance.
4. Learned State Counsel submits that if such petition is preferred, it will be taken to its logical conclusion in accordance with law.
5. In that background, this Court allows the petitioner to approach the concerned respondents in next four weeks who shall be deciding the matter after noticing all the relevant parties including respondent no. 8 and it is expected that the petition preferred by the petitioner shall be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.
6. The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid observation.
