The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Rampur Chauram P.S. Case No. 32 of 2017 registered under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that while he was sowing paddy crops, he was putting grass on the ridge of his land, but, the accused persons came and objected. The accused persons assaulted the informant and his family members. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that prior to institution of the case Shivlal Singh, petitioner no. 1, lodged Rampur Chauram P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017. There is mutual scuffle between both the sides on account of land dispute. The injuries, found on the persons of the injured, are simple in nature.

Considering the fact that there is case and counter case and the injuries are simple, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, are directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47662 of 2017 (3) dt.10-11-2017 2/2 anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rampur Chauram P.S. Case No. 32 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Arwal, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
