The present writ petition has been filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.7485 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) directing the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment made by some illegal persons including private respondent no. 09 forcibly upon the land situated at Mauza-Lakhni Bigha Thana No. 41, Khata No. 160, Plot No. 992 which is a Gairmajarua Aam land and is being used by the local villagers including the petitioners as Aam Rasta and further for any other reliefs for which the petitioners may found entitled to."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Circle Officer,Danapur, Patna for redressal of their aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
