2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 356-B, 376, 511 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of incidence , when informant was grazing her goat , in the meantime , this petitioner along with co-accused Suresh Ram in inebriated condition tried to commit rape with her.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely implicated in this false and concocted case . No such occurrence as alleged, has ever taken place. Moreover, by learned court below, co-accused Suresh Ram having similar allegations has already been granted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33195 of 2024(5) dt.12-09-2024 2/2 anticipatory bail. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of petitioner and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJm Bikramganj Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Karakat P.S. case No. 62 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
