The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Excise Case No.111 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 20 litres of liquor was recovered from near the tube-well situated behind the house of the petitioner but from perusal of the seizure list, it appears that the tube-well is situated inside the courtyard of the house of the petitioner and from where 20 litres of liquor was recovered.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
