2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 419 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. From the impugned order, it appears that the victim girl has said that she had gone to Bangalore with the petitioner. It appears that the victim had eloped with the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Ex Special Judge POCSO Act, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 419 of 2021.
