Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Patori P.S. Case No.53 of 2020 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the IPC and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

2 litres of country made liquor and 15 litres of fermented solution of Jaggery was recovered from the house of Ram Gulam Mahto. Ram Gulam Mahto is the father of the petitioners. Ram Gulam Mahto was apprehended and he has already been granted bail.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or

No.28200 of 2020(2) dt.03-12-2020 2/2 surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Samastipur in connection with Patori P.S. Case No.53 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
