Learned State counsel has referred to paragraph No.10 of the show cause, wherein, following averments have been made:- "10. That it is also relevant to mention here that the department has issued order dated 01-07-19 vide Memo No. 1142 whereby the 6th phase

Patna High Court MJC No.1560 of 2019(2) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 of recruitment process has been initiated. The vacant post against the said sanction posts of computer teacher, would also be remained available for recruitment in the 6th phase of recruitment."

The same is supported by annexing a copy of the order dated 01-07-2019 whereby the recruitment process has been initiated. It is submitted that substantial compliance has been placed on record.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the application is disposed off.
