JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-11-2017 On behalf of the counsel for the State, it has been submitted that the appointment of the petitioner was challenged by the Respondent no.8. Subsequently, Respondent no.8 succeeded in L.P.A. No.1577/2011 vide Annexure-8, to the present writ application. Against the said order, the petitioner had preferred an appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, which was rejected and order passed in the aforesaid L.P.A. No.1577/2011 dated 28.10.2013 had reached to its finality.
Taking into account the submissions made on behalf of the State, nothing further is required to be considered in the
Patna High Court CWJC No.14242 of 2014 (2) dt.20-11-2017 2/2 present writ application, as the issue has already been decided in the order passed in L.P.A. No.1577/2011 dated 28.10.2013. The present writ application stands dismissed. (Sudhir Singh, J) Amit/- U
