This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Bikramganj Police Station Case No. 180 of 2017, disclosing offences under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of abducting the daughter of the informant.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that both petitioner and the girl is major and they have solemnized marriage, which is evident from Annexure -2 of the petiion, which is a marriage certificate and the girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C has also stated that the
