JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-11-2017 The petitioner, in the present writ application has sought for direction upon the respondents to conduct special interview of the petitioner, in terms of the advertisement published in daily newspaper 'Hindustan' on 07.05.2007 to the post of Headmaster, as per marks obtained in written test of 1st and 2nd papers, petitioner having his total 90 marks (55+35) out of 200 full marks, in general category as the last candidate who had been called for interview had only obtained 78 marks and accordingly the result was published on 08.02.2014 whereas the petitioner has not been called for interview without showing any reason. Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15657 of 2014 (2) dt.20-11-2017 2/2 petitioner, he is directed to file a representation before the Respondent no.6 i.e. Secretary, Bihar Public Service Commission, Patna, who shall consider the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and pass an appropriate order within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. With the aforesaid observation and direction the present writ application stands disposed of.
