The petitioner has filed the present application for extension of time to surrender vide order dated 29.2.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7299 of 2020 granting four weeks time to surrender before the Court below and furnish bail bonds. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to pandemic the petitioner could not surrender before the Court below and furnish bail bonds within time in terms of the order of this Court dated 29.2.2020.

Considering the aforesaid, the court grants two weeks further time to the petitioner from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order to surrender before the court below.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24569 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2021 2/2 If the petitioner fails to avail this opportunity, the court below shall refuse to release the petitioner. With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 29.2.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7299 of 2020, the present application stands disposed of.
