Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Malsalami P.S.Case No.13 of 2017 dated 3.2.2017 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 506, 307 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution story is that the petitioners and others abused the informant. Petitioner no.3 assaulted by Rod on the hand of the informant, petitioner no.1 assaulted by knife to the informant and petitioner no.4 assaulted by Danda on the informant.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30673 of 2019(3) dt.22-07-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and the injuries are simple in nature.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IV, Patna in connection with Malsalami P.S.case No.13 of 2017 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
