JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant.
2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 188(1), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per F.I.R., petitioner no. 1 is order-giver and petitioner no. 2 alongwith other co-accused persons assaulted informant and his family members by means of sword, iron rod and axe, as a result of which, five persons sustained injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners and informant are co-villagers and there is admitted land dispute between them. Petitioners are in custody since 28.02.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S.
