The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities for making inquiry regarding death of her husband namely Pankaj Singh in Begusarai Jail in connection with Begusarai (Town) P.S. Case No. 553 of 2022 for which the petitioner lodged Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 634 of 2022 for the offence under Section 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner wants further investigation when after enquiry by the Magistrate and appropriate investigation, the authorities have found that it is a case of custodial death.

4. The petitioner has also approached the Bihar State Human Rights Commission and the matter is still pending there.

5. In view of the above, it is desirable that the petitioner presses his application which is before the Bihar State Human Rights Commission.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
