Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with G.O. Case No. 212A of 2006/ C.R. No 849 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under sections 379, 413, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the officials of the Forest Department had themselves cut the said trees and in order

Moreover, similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-3. Petitioners are men of clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with G.O. Case No. 212A of 2006/ CR-849 of 2015 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
