2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 655 of 2023 (POCSO Case No. 119 of 2023) registered for the offence punishable under Sections366A/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-8 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per allegation, the minor daughter of the informant had gone to purchase sugar but she did not return. In course of search, it came to the knowledge of the informant that the petitioner has enticed away the victim for the purpose of marriage and when he went to house of the petitioner to make query, he was abused and assaulted by parents of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there was love and affection between the victim and the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 23-09-2023.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge-cum-7th Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 655 of 2023 (POCSO Case No. 119 of 2023) with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court.
