====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 11 of 2020 (G.R. No. 111 of 2020) for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. In the instant case Motorcycle, Rs.1500 cash, ATM, Adhar Card, mobile and other articles were looted on gun point. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. He further submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Sonu Singh and Bigul Kumar. The petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2020. He further submits that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is a student of Intermediate and his career would be ruined, if the petitioner would not be released

Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2020 in a case where his name was surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Mufassil P.S.
