2. It has been jointly submitted by the parties that during pendency of the present writ petition, Appellate Forum

Patna High Court CWJC No.9099 of 2019(7) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 has been constituted. And as such, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawl of the present writ petition seeking liberty to avail his remedy by way of filing the appeal before the Appellate Forum.

3. In the light of the submissions made by the parties, the present writ petition stands disposed off directing the petitioner to avail the remedy before the Appellate Forum as constituted for the contractual employee which is contained in Annexure-R/1 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of Bihar Rajya Beej Nigam ltd. within 30 days along with the order passed by this Court. The Appellate Authority is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order within 90 days thereafter, after hearing all the parties concerned.
