JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 22-02-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 28.8.2019 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya whereby and whereunder the final selection list of Public Distribution Shops for the Aurangabad District has been set aside.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file representation before the Principal Secretary, Food and Civil Supply Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, under Clause 32(vii) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Orders, 2016.

The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent-State has got no objection.

We accordingly dispose off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the Principal Secretary, Food and Civil Supply Department,
