2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 04.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41765 of 2023 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. In view of the reasons assigned in paragraph No. 5 of the petition, further four weeks' time from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the court below, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

4. Accordingly, order dated 04.08.2023 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34176 of 2024(2) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 Misc. No. 41765 of 2023 is modified to the above extent and modification petition is allowed.
