4/5 ORAL ORDER 24-11-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i).

That this application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing upon the Respondents concerned to regularize the service of petitioners on the post of Vaccinator/other equivalent posts of class-IV posts as per their performance, length of experience and considering their bonafide eligibility for the said post on which the petitioners have been discharging/functioning since long to full satisfaction of the controlling authorities but claim of the petitioners for their regularization on the post in question is not being considered by the Respondent authorities concerned despite availability of vacant sanctioned post of Vaccinator/other equivalent posts in the District of Madhubani.

And/or for other relief or reliefs for which, the petitioners are found to be entitled, in the facts and circumstances of this case."
