The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pirbahore P.S.Case No.459 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 274, 275, 276, 284, 379, 419, 420, 467 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27(c), 2(a), 27(b)(ii), 27(d), 28, 28(A) of Drugs and Cosmetic Act and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955.

Allegation against the petitioner is that on the confession of the co-accused, his named has transpired and his shop was raided and it is said that some medicine has been recovered. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no seizure list of such articles has been prepared, which will appear from the case diary and on confession they have been

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on surrender he will be released on bail in connection with Pirbahore P.S.Case No.459 of 2017 till submission of the charge-sheet and if the charge-sheet is submitted against the petitioner he will pray for regular bail which will be considered on its own merit.
