2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 504 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons kidnapped the victim and thereafter they assaulted and threw him away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the co-villager of the victim and has been falsely been in the present case. Petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2024. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26809 of 2025(3) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner has kidnapped the victim and assaulted him and threw him in a ditch, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.

8. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
