====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Chandi P.S. Case No. 30 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 384 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that informant got confidential information that petitioner is forcibly collecting money from truck drivers having Danda in his hand. The informant along with other Police personnel reached the place of occurrence. On seeing the Police party, one person started running away, but he was apprehended by the police. He disclosed his name as Mantu Yadav (petitioner). On search, several coins and 80 notes of 10 rupee denomination, as mentioned in the written report, has been recovered from his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27725 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 possession.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion as several coins and 87 notes of 10 rupee denomination has been recovered from his possession.

Petitioner is in custody since 4.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Chandi P.S.
