2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Daraunda (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 96, 137(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 31.01.2025. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS has said that Ramkrishna Yadav (Petitioner) had taken her away but she has not alleged anything illegal against him.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan/concerned Court below in connection with Daraunda (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025.
