The petitioner seeks bail in Mairwa P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent.

It is alleged in the written report that 50 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from two Motorcycles bearing registration No.BR29J-6335 and BR29AA-6695. Petitioner was found sitting on Motorcycle bearing Registration No.BR29J6635. Petitioner is in custody since 21.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27971 of 2019(2) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan, in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
