2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 61(2), 126(2), 115(2), 352, 117(2), 109, 303(2), 74 of BNS.

3 . As per the prosecution case , petitioners are alleged to have assaulted son of informant. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

No.28056 of 2025(2) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 of these petitioners and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM Hilsa Nalanda in connection with Islampur P . S. Case No. 65 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNS 2023 .
