2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 43 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 307, 386, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner and others are alleged to have surrounded the deceased near a brick kiln and have fired upon him.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 25.02.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30681 of 2026(4) dt.02-07-2026 2/2 application of the petitioner by submitting that the petitioner is accused in six more cases.

7. In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner and also considering his criminal antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
