1. It is reported by the Learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is no more. Therefore, he prays for liberty to file an appropriate application before the competent authority for consideration of compassionate appointment in favour of the legal heir of the deceased petitioner.

3. In view of the above fact, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the legal heir
