For issuance of writ of certiorari for quashing the minute dated 18.04.2020 by which private respondent No. 5 was appointed on the post of Aaganbari Sevika for the Aaganbari Centre- Ishapur ward No. 10, Panchayat- Uday Rampur, Block - Chainpur, District- Kaimur.

(ii). For direction upon the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the said post as this petitioner is better candidate than the private respondent no. 5 as she has got better marks to the PVT respondent no. 5 in the Matriculation."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
