After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, by referring to the statutory provisions for filing review application before the Collector, West Champaran at Motihari, proposes to take appropriate remedy for filing review application with all supportive materials / documents within a period of two weeks from today.

3. It is made clear that once such application is filed
