This writ petition has been filed seeking inter alia a direction to the respondents to dispose of the Appeal No. 41 of 2014 which is pending before the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram and pending the same the vehicle so confiscated be released.

Mr. A.K. Lal learned A.C. to G.A.5 with reference to the counter affidavit filed in the present case submits that the appeal has already been dismissed vide order passed on 22.9.2015 rendering the issue infructuous.
