The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Karaghar P.S. Case No. 293 of 2017 dated 17.10.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The twenty year old sister of the informant is alleged to have been taken away by the petitioner and others for immoral purposes.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the victim, girl after coming home, gave a statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. (Annexure-2) stating that she had gone out of her home along with one Ekhlakh and she was not subjected to any sexual misdemeanor.

No.32150 of 2018(4) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts as also taking into account that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram in connection with Karaghar P.S. Case No. 293 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
