It appears from para 7 of the counter affidavit that the petitioner has not been nominated as wife of the deceased employee. Petitioner is the 3rd wife of the deceased employee. Learned counsel for the State submits that in absence of succession certificate, no relief can be granted to the writ petitioner, as the claim of 3rd wife is not admissible in the Pension Rule.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to obtain succession certificate from the competent court and only thereafter she may
